I began my hospitality career in loss prevention / security with Marriott, advancing to Hotel Management, and completed my certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

 

I have managed all aspects of properties, from construction to pre-opening to operations. My experience includes small hostels, luxury hotels, casino hotels, island resorts, mixed-use properties, apartments, and luxury condominiums, with team numbers from 5 to 600 and has often included overseeing multiple properties.

 

I have brought success to each property by increasing profits and occupancy, providing exceptional customer service, decreasing costs, and streamlining operations by monitoring P&L statements, working with outside vendors, close communication with team members, and a high level of guest interaction.
